Lis Wiehl works as an American writer and legal analyst who was formerly a Fox News analyst.
She's an adjunct professor of law at New York Law School, as well as an adjunct professor at the University of Washington Law School. She has been a legal analyst for National Public Radio's program along with the Radio Factor of Bill O'Reilly. She has appeared as a guest on The O'Reilly Factor and Your World with Neil Cavuto. The Kelly File is a show with Megyn Kelly Lou Dobbs and Megyn Kelly, and the Imus Morning Shows.
Wiehl was born in Yakima, Washington, and she graduated from West Valley High School in Yakima. She received her degree from Barnard College with a Bachelor's Degree at the age of 33 in. In 1985, she was awarded her master of Arts degree in Literature at the University of Queensland. And in 1987 she was awarded an Juris Doctorate degree from Harvard Law School.
Wiehl had been an US Attorney. She worked as a legal reporter for NPR's All Things Considered. She served as the deputy chief investigating counsel for Democrats of the House Judiciary Committee, during Clinton's impeachment. She taught law as a tenured law professor at University of Washington School of Law Seattle which she was the manager of the Trial Advocacy Program from 1995 to 2001. From 2001 to 2017, Wiehl was an analyst in the field of law for Fox News.
