LeBron Raymone James Sr. is an American basketball player who is a player for the Los Angeles Lakers in the National Basketball Association. The player is referred to as King James and is considered as one of the most successful basketball players in history. James has won four NBA championships and four NBA MVPs as well as three MVPs of the All-Star team along with the two Olympic medals. James holds the record for the most amount of points scored during the post-season, second best overall career score and 7th the most assists in his career. James is a member of 18 NBA All-Stars, 18 All NBA Teams and five NBA All-Defensive First Team selections. Ten NBA Finals is the most ever before, with eight of them in a row between the years 2011-2018, he was also selected to be on the team for NBA's 75th anniversary. James has been chosen for his place on the NBA 75th Anniversary Team and became the NBA's very first player to have scored 10,000+ points in rebounds, assists, and points throughout his career. He will be the first to do so in 2022. James was a basketball player at St. Vincent St. Mary High School in his home town of Akron Ohio and was heavily in the news media as a future NBA superstar. In 2003, the Cleveland Cavaliers selected him with the top pick in the NBA draft in 2003. In his time as the NBA rookie of the year 2004 he established himself rapidly as one of the best players in the league. winning the NBA MVP awards for 2009 and 2010. James joined Miami Heat in 2010 when the team became a free agent after failing to achieve an NBA Championship in Cleveland. The news was broadcast in The Decision.
