Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
Inspired by the shadows she observed on the ground, the artist spent many months experimenting with a method to convey objects with two dimensions onto canvas. This way, the chosen subject transforms into an image. This is particularly true with living objects as well as those that are likely to perish, such as fruit or humans. Alexa Meade's paintings are ephemeral, but the photo is the only thing that remains. Trompe l'oeil can be achieved through the combination of two methods of photography and painting. This creates a flattened, two dimensional photograph. Meade occasionally integrates painted models in the space surrounding them. It allows them to be part of the world she has created. The line that separates painting and photography can be dissolved.
